Refund Policy
Effective: March 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to UAS SkyCheck offered by UAS SkyCheck, a subsidiary of SudoKodes LLC. Payments are processed through Stripe.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; no partial refund is issued for the remaining days in the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase or renewal. The refund amount is calculated as:
Refund = Annual fee × (days remaining / 365), rounded to the nearest cent.
Cancellations after 30 days from the purchase or renewal date are not eligible for a refund. Access to paid features continues until the end of the annual period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email admin@sudokode.co from the address associated with your account. Include “Refund Request” in the subject line and the date of purchase. We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months on monthly plans.
- Annual plans cancelled after the 30-day window.
- Charges that are more than 90 days old.
5. Free Tier
The free tier of UAS SkyCheck carries no charge and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us directly; we are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
